How quickly can a nurse be deployed?

Is the same nurse assigned every day?

We aim for continuity — the same nurse throughout the care period. For 24-hour coverage, two nurses rotate in 12-hour shifts. If a replacement is ever needed, the CM manages the handover.

Can nursing transition to caretaker placement?

Yes. As your parent recovers, the Care Manager assesses when clinical nursing is no longer needed and can transition to our Trained Caretaker Placement service for ongoing daily support.

What conditions does critical nursing cover?

Critical nursing covers patients requiring ventilator support, tracheostomy care, ICU step-down care, and complex multi-system monitoring. These are GNM/BSc Nursing qualified professionals with ICU experience.
