Kareverse
FOR NRI FAMILIES IN THE UAE

You're in the UAE. Your parents are in Bangalore. Here's how Kareverse helps.

Dubai to Bangalore is 3 hours. It's the shortest NRI route to India — close enough that many UAE-based families operate on an informal understanding: if something serious happens, I'll fly back.

That understanding has a gap in it. Three hours is still three hours after a fall. Kareverse closes the gap.

WHAT NRI FAMILIES IN THE UAE WORRY ABOUT

The worries that come with distance

I'm close enough to handle it myself.

This is the most common — and most dangerous — assumption UAE-based NRIs make. The UAE-India distance creates a false sense of availability. Being 3 hours away is not the same as being there. In a medical situation, the first 3 hours are often the most consequential.

I visit often, but my visits are short and I'm always catching up.

UAE-based families typically visit India 3–4 times a year. But each visit is compressed — a week, maybe two. Not enough time to assess the full situation, put care in place, and actually see it working before you leave.

I've asked relatives to keep an eye on things. I know it's not a real plan.

A relative checking in is not the same as a trained Care Manager checking in. The relative sees what they expect to see, doesn't know what to look for medically, and is reluctant to alarm you. The Family Report tells you what the relative conversation doesn't.

My parents are comfortable and financially secure. They don't think they need help.

Financially comfortable parents in Bangalore are often the hardest to help — they frame accepting care as admitting weakness. The Companion Visit and Kare@home Assessment approach this differently: it's a professional who comes to visit, not to manage.

HOW IT WORKS

How Kareverse works for UAE-based families

01

Book from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or anywhere in the UAE — our working hours in Bangalore (8 AM–8 PM IST) are 6:30 AM–6:30 PM UAE time. Almost a perfect working day overlap.

02

The first visit is a Kare@home Assessment at your parents' home — 2 hours, covering health status, medications, home safety, and how they're really doing.

03

The Family Report arrives on WhatsApp as a PDF within 48 hours — typically early afternoon IST, which is late morning in Dubai. You read it before lunch.

04

On subscription plans, your CM sends WhatsApp updates through the month. The UAE-India time gap is small enough that you can message us during your day and get a same-day response.

05

For urgent situations: call +91 90355 54540. During Bangalore working hours (8 AM–8 PM IST = 6:30 AM–6:30 PM UAE), we respond promptly. No other NRI country has this level of overlap with our team.
