Cabs, tickets, doctor's fees and materials are paid by you directly.

If the task is cancelled, or we can't staff your Genie, you're fully refunded. Reschedule free up to a few hours before. Once your Genie is on the way, a 50% charge applies, but we never leave an elder stranded. Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
You can't fly in for every bank visit or leaking tap. Send a Genie instead, and get a report that tells you it's actually handled, not just “don't worry.”
