How is this different from a doctor's check-up?

A doctor's check-up focuses on medical diagnosis. This visit looks at daily life at home: health, medicines, home safety, food, mood and emergency readiness. It helps you see what a clinic visit can miss.

Does my parent need to prepare?

No. The Care Manager works at a pace that suits your parent. If your parent is hesitant, start with a short Check-in and companionship visit (₹750) so they get to know us.

What happens after the visit?

You receive the Family Report within 48 hours, with recommendations. There is no obligation to book anything else.

Can I book it as a gift for my parents?

Yes. Many families book it to start a conversation about care. You can book in your name and agree the timing with your parents.

Is an assessment a diagnosis?

No. Assessments are screening, not diagnosis. A report may recommend a follow-up with the right professional.

Where do Active Age assessments happen?

At home, at a partner centre or at a community health camp. We confirm the place and time with you before you pay.
