Why it matters

Care is meaningful work, and dependable work.

Families often need a trustworthy person who can be present, understand a situation, coordinate the next step and communicate clearly. A Kareverse Care Manager or Genie helps make that possible.

Kindness and compassion matter. So do reliability, good judgement, respectful boundaries, accurate documentation and the willingness to ask for help when something is outside your role.

Work that matters

Help older adults feel supported and help families stay informed.

Use strengths you already have

Listening, organising, communicating, solving practical problems and following through can become valuable professional skills.

Training and support

Before independent assignments, selected candidates complete the induction, protocols and competency checks required for their role.

Role-based flexibility

Some roles involve field visits and others involve remote coordination. Working patterns depend on the role, service needs and location. All current openings are full-time.

The roles

There is more than one way to join Kareverse.

Tell us which role interests you. If you are unsure, share your background and we will consider the profile that fits best.

1

Care Manager Genie

A field-based, accountable role supporting an elder and family through home visits, assessments, medical and hospital coordination, care-plan follow-through, documentation and timely family updates.

A good fit if you

  • can understand a family's specific request and take ownership of the agreed next step;
  • communicate calmly with elders, families, hospitals and service partners;
  • are comfortable visiting homes and hospitals;
  • can observe carefully and document clearly; and
  • know when to escalate instead of giving clinical advice.
2

Care Coordination Genie

A primarily remote coordination role completing structured wellbeing check-ins, scheduling, status capture, record return and follow-up under an assigned Care Manager.

A good fit if you

  • communicate warmly and clearly by phone and digital channels;
  • follow scripts, checklists and escalation rules consistently;
  • keep accurate records and close open actions; and
  • are comfortable using a smartphone and web-based work tools.
3

General Genie

A field-based role for bounded, lower-risk, non-clinical support such as personal accompaniment, trusted home presence, vendor supervision and approved technology setup.

A good fit if you

  • are dependable, patient and comfortable supporting older adults in person;
  • can complete a clearly defined task and provide evidence of completion;
  • can travel for assignments; and
  • respect safety, privacy, cash, credential and role boundaries.
What we look for

The qualities that matter in every role

  • Willingness to follow protocols, document work and report concerns.
  • Ability to remain within role boundaries and escalate when needed.
  • Full-time availability.
