Yes. Older adults can choose and arrange Kareverse services themselves. A family member may also enquire or book where appropriate.

No. Genie and Active Age do not require a Care Plan, subject to availability.

One Kareverse Care Manager covers both parents living in the same household. You can add condition support for the parent who needs it, and prepaid packs or member-priced doctors and therapies only if you want them. Nothing is payable on the website.

When Kareverse receives an emergency alert for a Care Plan subscriber, Kareverse contacts the ambulance and sends a representative to the receiving emergency ward. Ambulance, hospital and other outside-provider charges are additional. Kareverse cannot guarantee ambulance timing, hospital admission or the performance of an outside provider.
