Genies are Kareverse's own team members, not an anonymous gig marketplace. Every Genie is identity- and police-verified before they ever visit, trained in elder care, reference-checked, and carries a Kareverse ID card. You receive the Genie's photo and profile before the visit, and a supervisor escalation contact for the day. They're patient and unhurried, and they know when to call you, the doctor, or emergency services, and they know Bangalore's hospitals, routes and service people.

After every task, a clear report reaches your WhatsApp, not a vague “all fine,” but the actual details: when the task was done, what was done, how it went, photos and receipts where relevant, and what still needs attention.

Tell us the task on WhatsApp or request a callback. We confirm your Genie and the time with you first. You pay only after we've confirmed, there's nothing to pay on this page. Prices are fixed, all-in packages with Bangalore travel included. Cabs, tickets, doctor's fees and materials are paid by you directly; the Genie never handles your money.

You get a full refund any time before your Genie is dispatched, if the appointment or task is cancelled, or we can't staff your Genie. You can reschedule free up to a few hours before. Once your Genie is on the way or on-site, a partial charge (50%) applies, but we never leave an elder stranded. Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
