Home visit or video: which is better?

A home visit suits parents with limited mobility or after surgery. A video consultation suits prescription renewals, minor concerns or a specialist opinion without a hospital trip.

Can you arrange a specialist?

Yes, for a video consultation with a specialist such as a cardiologist, orthopaedist or neurologist. Tell us what you need.

Are the sessions at home?

Physiotherapy, nutrition counselling and doctor home visits happen at your parent's home. Yoga can be online or at home, and doctor consultations can also be by video.

Do Care Plan members pay less?

Yes. Care Plan members pay 20% less on everything here.

Changes, cancellations and area

Changes and cancellations: You can reschedule free up to a few hours before your doctor sets out. Full cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book.
