If the visit extends beyond 4 hours, an overage of ₹300 per additional hour applies. Your Care Manager will stay as long as needed — they won't leave your parent mid-visit.

Can the Care Manager go into the doctor's consultation room?

Yes, wherever permitted. The CM introduces themselves as the patient's family representative. Most hospitals and clinics in Bangalore accommodate this. If restricted, the CM waits immediately outside and debriefs with your parent right after.
