Do you diagnose dementia?

No. A diagnosis comes from a doctor. This support helps the family after a diagnosis.

Can my parent join the sessions?

Yes, if they wish to. Some sessions work best with family members only.

Do programmes include the Care Plan?

Yes. Each monthly programme includes the Kareverse Care Plan, so you also get a dedicated Care Manager and 20% off other services you book. Dementia Post-Diagnosis Support is one-time support and does not include the Care Plan.

I already have a Care Plan. Can I add a programme?

Yes. You pay only the programme fee on top of your Care Plan. Tell us on WhatsApp and we'll add it.

Are therapies included?

The sessions listed in your programme or agreed quote are included. Other consultations, therapies and services cost extra.

Changes and cancellations: You can reschedule free up to a few hours before your Care Manager sets out. Full cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book.
