Do programmes include the Care Plan?

Yes. Each monthly programme includes the Kareverse Care Plan, so you also get a dedicated Care Manager and 20% off other services you book. Dementia Post-Diagnosis Support is one-time support and does not include the Care Plan.

I already have a Care Plan. Can I add a programme?

Yes. You pay only the programme fee on top of your Care Plan. Tell us on WhatsApp and we'll add it.

Are therapies included?

The sessions listed in your programme or agreed quote are included. Other consultations, therapies and services cost extra.

What the programme includes

The Kareverse Care Plan, with this support agreed for your parent:

A home assessment by a physiotherapist experienced in stroke recovery, following the hospital's discharge and rehabilitation advice.
Home physiotherapy sessions at the agreed frequency.
Speech therapy or occupational therapy when recommended. Occupational therapy helps with everyday activities such as dressing.
Guidance for family members and primary caregivers on helping with exercises and everyday movements safely.
Weekly coordination with the therapists and a progress review every four weeks.

Changes, cancellations and area

Changes and cancellations: You can reschedule free up to a few hours before your Care Manager sets out. Full cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book.
