Who does the nursing visits?

A qualified nurse (GNM or BSc Nursing) from the Kareverse team, not a Genie. Injections, drips and some other tasks need a doctor's prescription, which you share with us when you book. Medicines and medical supplies are bought by you.

What's the difference between a nurse and a caretaker?

Nurses are clinically trained and can give medicines, manage wounds, handle catheters and check vitals. Caretakers help with personal care: bathing, dressing, moving around and meals. For medical tasks, choose a nurse. For daily support, choose a caretaker.

Can I book a nurse for several hours or a full shift?

Yes. Book a nurse by the hour, or ask for a 12- or 24-hour nursing shift and we'll send you a price.

IV antibiotics (per visit)

A nurse gives your parent's prescribed IV antibiotic dose at home, so a course can continue without hospital trips.

A qualified nurse (GNM or BSc Nursing) from the Kareverse team, identity- and police-verified before they ever visit, and experienced in caring for older adults at home. You receive the nurse's name and profile before the visit. They follow your parent's doctor's instructions and call you, or the doctor, if anything needs attention.

Changes, cancellations and area

Changes and cancellations: You can reschedule free up to a few hours before your nurse sets out. Full cancellation terms are confirmed with you when you book.

Area: Available across Bangalore. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can arrange the right nurse. Need help sooner? WhatsApp us and we'll tell you what's possible.
