About the role

Kareverse provides at-home care for ageing parents in Bengaluru: a named Care Manager, home visits, check-ins, 24/7 emergency response and doctor reviews.

We are building a dementia support service. Most people with dementia in India are never formally diagnosed, and families often get little help at home after a diagnosis. This role builds the referral network that connects those families to us.

What you will do

  • Meet neurologists, psychiatrists, geriatricians and memory clinics to explain how Kareverse supports people after a diagnosis.
  • Work with hospital discharge teams, social workers and care coordinators so families are connected to the service.
  • Set up formal referral arrangements with hospitals and clinics, including how people are referred and followed up.
  • Speak with referred families, understand their situation and explain the dementia support plans.
  • Coordinate with Care Managers and the clinical team for a smooth start of care.
  • Track leads, referral sources and conversions in the CRM.
  • Report weekly on referrals, conversions, and what doctors and families are asking for.
  • Feed back insights that shape the service and pricing.

What we are looking for

  • 5 to 8 years in healthcare sales or business development, including at least 3 years calling on hospitals, clinics or doctors in Bengaluru.
  • Existing relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, geriatricians or hospital discharge teams.
  • A record of meeting referral or sales targets.
  • Patience and comfort speaking with worried families.
  • Good spoken English and Kannada. Hindi or Tamil is a plus.
  • Your own two-wheeler or car for daily field travel.

Good to have

  • Experience in home healthcare, elder care, rehab, or neuro/CNS pharma sales.
  • Understanding of dementia, memory loss or other long-term conditions.
  • Experience setting up hospital partnerships at an early-stage company.
  • A graduate degree. An MBA, healthcare management or life sciences background is a plus.

What we offer

  • Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based variable pay.
  • Help build the dementia care business from the start and grow into a lead role.
  • Work directly with senior leadership.
  • Own the referral partner network from day one.
