Senior Caregiver, Dementia Care

About the role

Kareverse helps families care for their ageing parents at home in Bengaluru. Each family gets a named Care Manager, regular home visits, weekly check-ins, 24/7 emergency response and doctor reviews.

We are building a dementia support service, and we need experienced caregivers who can bring patience and skill into a family's home every day.

What you will do

  • Give daily care at home: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility.
  • Handle memory loss, confusion, wandering, sundowning and agitation calmly and safely.
  • Follow each person's care plan and medicine routine, and keep notes.

What we are looking for

  • 6 to 10 years of caregiving experience.
  • Hands-on experience caring for older adults, ideally people living with dementia.
  • 12th pass.
  • Patience, kindness and respect for the person you care for and their family.
