What do they do during visits?

Whatever your parent enjoys — conversation, walks, board games, sharing stories, watching something together, or simply sitting with a cup of tea. The visits are unstructured and social — not medical or task-oriented.

What if the pairing doesn't work out?

The Care Manager monitors the relationship. If either party feels the pairing isn't right, we re-match with a different Care Buddy at no extra cost.
