No. Medicines are billed at the pharmacy's retail price. Receipts are provided for every purchase. There is no markup on medicines.

Can you deliver medicines the same day?

For most common medicines, same-day or next-day delivery is possible. For specialised or imported medicines, we'll let you know the timeline upfront.

How do you handle medicine substitutions?

If a prescribed medicine is unavailable, we contact the treating doctor for an approved substitute before making any changes. We never substitute without medical approval.

Can this work alongside a subscription plan?

Yes. Pharmacy service can be added to any plan. Medicine costs are always billed at actuals regardless of your subscription.

Do you check for drug interactions?

The Care Manager flags when multiple doctors prescribe medicines that may overlap. We coordinate with the treating doctors to verify — but final medical decisions are always made by the doctor.
